
Jon A Moles, DDS
Jon Moles, DDS is a skilled orthodontist with more than 30 years of experience serving patients from all over the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan Area. He treats men, women, and children of all ages with compassionate care from the welcoming office of The Village Orthodontist in Frederick and Thurmont, Maryland.
Dr. Moles received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of New Mexico before obtaining his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. As a commissioned officer in the United States Navy, he furthered his dental education by completing an orthodontic residency at Fort George G. Meade. Despite retiring after over two decades of serving the oral health needs of sailors, marines, and their families around the world, he continues to lecture and consult the Naval Postgraduate Dental School in Bethesda, Maryland.
A leader in his community, Dr. Moles is the a past president of the Frederick County Dental Society and past president of the Urbana Middle School PTA. He has maintained leadership roles at the Maryland State Dental Association fighting for patient advocacy legislation for the State. He is also a very active serving our community as a Rotarian.
Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. You can often find him on the field or on the court, helping any way he can with youth sports in the area. He also loves to play golf and has a dream of finishing his hot rod ’54 Chevy pick-up one of these days.

A proud Maryland native, Dr. Kramer was born and raised in Hagerstown and has deep roots in the region. Her academic journey began at Johns Hopkins University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Archaeology with honors, conducting research alongside the Smithsonian Institution at the historic Catoctin Furnace. Her early commitment to scholarship was recognized with a publication in the Johns Hopkins Undergraduate Research Journal.
Pursuing her passion for orthodontics, Dr. Kramer completed her specialty residency at the University of Florida, where she conducted cutting-edge research on the role of artificial intelligence in orthodontics. Now back in her home state, she brings her expertise in advanced digital techniques and personalized treatment planning to our patients.
In the office, Dr. Kramer is known for her compassionate care, dedication to excellence, and ability to make every patient feel at ease. She is passionate about using technology to enhance results and is committed to staying on the leading edge of orthodontic advancements.
Outside of work, Dr. Kramer enjoys life in Maryland with her husband (her high school sweetheart!), their 8-month-old son Leonel, and their two dogs, Penelope and Santiago. She loves baking in her free time and can often be found trying out new recipes to share with family and friends.
