Dr. Moles is supported by a team of highly qualified professionals who are committed to providing each patient with compassionate and individualized care. In addition to being friendly and helpful. Our technicians are well trained and experienced in chair side clinical assisting, infection control and digital radiographic procedures. All of our technicians are Certified Orthodontic Assistants and Certified Dental Radiological Technicians licensed in the state of Maryland. To stay abreast of the latest advancements in orthodontics, we all attend numerous continuing education courses, both local and sponsored through the American Association of Orthodontists.
Heather
After graduating from Hagerstown Bussiness College in 2006 with a dental assistant and dental radiation technologist certificate, Heather went on to complete her certification as a Qualified Orthodontiic Assistant at The Maryland State Dental Association. She assisted in orthodontics for four years and later spent a year working for a General Dentist as an assistant.
Heather joined our team as an Orthodontic Assistant in the begining of the year and currently lives in Thurmont, Maryland with her 6 year old daughter Alexis. She enjoys surrounding herself with family and friends. During her spare time Heather coaches her daughter's youth cheerleading squad.
Jackie
Jackie joined us in April 2011. She has been an Orthodontic Assistant since 2008. She attended The Maryland State Dental Association in Columbia, MD, Where she recieved her orthodontic certification. Jackie has also worked as a dental assistant and enjoys working around children!
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her fiance, friends and family. She is also from Thurmont, MD and graduated in 2008 from Catoctin High School.
Lauren
Lauren has joined our team this year as our Patient Coordinator. She coordinates all of our patients appointments, assists patients in financial options and keeps our office running smoothly. Lauren brings with her ten years of management experience to further help our practice grow.
She lives with her husband and two children in Thurmont, MD. In her spare time she enjoys playing softball and coaching The Catoctin Youth Cheerleading Squad.
Daniela
As a former patient, Daniela joined the staff as a part-time Clinical Assistant. She comes directly from school to help with the after school rush and is invaluable as she ensures the cleanliness and sterility of all our instruments.
Daniela also helps with our marketing campaign and web updates and presence. She has just graduated high school and is exited to attend college where she hopes to pursue a law degree.
