Dr. Moles is supported by a team of highly qualified professionals who are committed to providing each patient with compassionate and individualized care. In addition to being friendly and helpful, our technicians are well trained and experienced in chair side clinical assisting, infection control and digital radiographic procedures. All of our technicians are Certified Orthodontic Assistants and Certified Dental Radiological Technicians licensed in the state of Maryland. To stay abreast of the latest advancements in orthodontics, we attend annual continuing education courses through the American Association of Orthodontists, as well as local meetings.
Lisa Taylor
Prior to dental assisting, Lisa was a trained medic in the United States Army Reserves from 1986-1994 and served at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Lisa then dedicated her time to raising a family. Wanting to re-enter the health care profession, she completed her dental assisting education through the Maryland State Dental Association and continued to improve herself by completing and receiving her certificate as a Certified Radiation Technologist. With orthodontics always her passion, Lisa started assisting in general dentistry and oral surgery for one year and then pediatric dentistry for two more years before joining our team in June of 2007. She completed the additional required training and earned the title of Dental Assistant Qualified in Orthodontics.
Lisa was married in 1991 and has five children. She enjoys tennis, hiking and scrapbooking.

Deb Moles
Deb joined The Village Orthodontic team in November 2005 as the office manager and financial coordinator.
She attended Florida State University focusing on accounting and computer science. Her career path changed in 1985 towards Real Estate, where she obtained a real estate license in the state of Florida and maintained her certification as a referral agent for over 20 years. Her career evolved into Interior Design in 1995 where she received her certification through the International Correspondence School of Interior Design. She has since become a licensed Home Improvement Contractor in the state of Maryland and continues to build her successful business as an Interior Designer since 2000.
Deb and Dr. Moles have been married since 1979 and have three children. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, shopping and a little bit of gardening.
