The village orthodontist - Jon A. Moles, DDDS

Financial Info

We at The Village Orthodontist know that orthodontic treatment is an excellent investment in the overall dental, medical, and psychological well being of children and adults. Dr. Moles does not want financial considerations to be an obstacle to obtaining this important health service.

We offer a number of financial options and are willing to work with you on your specific needs. The following are our standard payment options:

Option #1: Payment in Full

A book keeping credit of 5% is given for payment in full at the start of treatment.

Option #2: In-House Financing

We offer an interest free payment schedule with a 25% initial payment at the start of treatment, with the balance divided into 12 equal payments. Our book keeping for this option is managed by Orthobanc at no additional cost to you.

Option # 3: Financing through Capital One Healthcare Finance Company

Capital One offers financing for more than twelve months with a variety of options and interest rates to choose from. Visit them for more information at Capital One Healthcare Finance.

We also offer a multiple family member discount of 5% for each family that starts treatment during the course of the first patients care.

We are able to process credit cards as well, but an additional 3% may be added to cover the processing charges.

If you have unique financial needs that may require alternative arrangements, please feel free to discuss these with us and we will try and work within your budgetary constraints. While we feel that the above options should be adequate for most of our patients, we understand that there are rare times when exceptions are appropriate.

Insurance

We are a preferred participating provider with Delta Dental and United Concordia! What this means to you is we will file the claims and Delta or United Concordia will pay us directly.

What if your insurance is not Delta Dental or United Concordia?

A large majority of the orthodontic insurance policies in this area are considered "PPO’s". These policies allow you to seek treatment from your choice of orthodontists and still receive your full benefits. Although we do not accept assignment of these benefits, we will file the claim for you and your benefits will be paid directly to you in accordance with your specific insurance companies policy.

There are a few plans that are DMO’s, which means you can only receive your orthodontic benefit if you see one of their providers. Please check your insurance benefits guide to determine your companies specific procedures or restrictions.

Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. If your eligibility is approved, we will file all claims on your behalf. Our office is committed to helping you maximize your orthodontic insurance benefits.

To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire and bring your insurance card so that we may more accurately assist you with the filing of your insurance claims.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
